Tim Messman, CPA, is a Partner with Mauldin & Jenkins in the Firm’s Financial Institutions Practice. With over 25 years of experience, Tim has expertise in conducting public company audits, mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, internal control audits, and employee benefit plan audits. His experience includes external audits, internal control assessments, SEC registration and reporting, FDICIA reporting, and accounting consulting. He has worked with organizations ranging from de novo financial institutions to S-Corporation banks, Credit Unions, and publicly held financial institutions with SEC reporting requirements.

Tim actively participates in the Georgia Bankers Association and the League of Southeastern Credit Unions and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of CPAs.
