Stephen C. Moore, CPA is a partner at Mauldin & Jenkins and a Certified Public Accountant. Before joining Mauldin & Jenkins, he was an associate and shareholder with MDG Professional Group, P.C. He has experience in the areas of audit, tax, and consulting. He works primarily in the area of business management consulting.

Prior to joining MDG Professional Group, P.C., Steve was associated with the Huntsville office of Ernst and Young. He graduated with honors from Samford University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting Concentration. He holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificates in the states of Alabama and Tennessee.

Steve is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Alabama Society of CPAs (ASPCA) and is past president of the Huntsville-Decatur Chapter of CPA’s. He is active in industry-related organizations such as NARAS, CMA, and NSAI. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Federal and State Tax Institute. Steve is a member of the Advisory Board for the School of the Arts of Samford University, he is past President of the Board of Directors of the local affiliate of the American Heart Association and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the H.E.A.L.S. Clinics for underprivileged children. He is a member of Willowbrook Baptist Church in Huntsville, Alabama.

Steve is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops across the country, including those sponsored by industry professional organizations, and also at various universities.
