Lacey Heath, CPA, is a Partner with Mauldin & Jenkins in the Firm’s Birmingham office. She graduated with a Master’s in Accounting from Auburn University in 2005 and joined Mauldin & Jenkins shortly after. 

As a leader in the Firm’s banking practice, Lacey provides specialized assurance and tax services tailored to financial institutions and has a deep understanding of tax regulations and industry-specific challenges. Her expertise includes strategic tax planning, auditing, and advisory for financial institutions, ensuring they navigate regulatory landscapes effectively. Services provided to clients include financial statement audits, internal audits, tax services, and consultation on complex accounting issues specific to the banking industry.

Lacey is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Alabama and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. She and her husband Matthew reside in Birmingham, AL, and are active members of The Church at Brook Hills.
