Joe is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Economics and Louisiana State University, Graduate School of Banking, and has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry.  He has led Commercial Loan Review and Underwriting groups for most of those years. Joe has managed FDIC loss share programs for two banks totaling $6.3 billion in assets and served as the Assistant Treasurer for a National Bank with $4.5 Billion in total assets. Joe has extensive knowledge in Credit Risk, SBA Compliance, Mergers & Acquisition Due Diligence, Regulatory Reporting, Commercial Lending, Business Analytics, Business Finance, Asset Liability Modeling, and Liquidity Management. He and his team perform billions of dollars in annual commercial credit reviews for community & regional financial institutions annually.
