Jason Clem, CPA, CVA, is a Director in the Firm’s consulting and assurance practice areas. With a strong background in accounting, auditing, and valuation, Jason brings extensive expertise to every client engagement. Drawing from his experience working with a Fortune 15 Company, he possesses a deep understanding of the complexities involved in business valuation. This unique perspective enables Jason to approach valuation and assurance needs in a distinctive and effective manner.

Jason is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Alabama and is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He is currently serving as a member of the continuing professional education development team for NACVA.

Since earning his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential in early 2018, Jason has performed business valuations for various purposes, including management planning, estate and gift tax returns, and litigation support. His abilities and experience allow him to deliver accurate value determinations for businesses, while identifying opportunities to enhance overall worth.

Specializing in a diverse range of practice areas, including business valuation, litigation support, consulting and planning, as well as assurance services for governmental entities/municipalities, utilities, and non-profit entities, Jason’s comprehensive knowledge and meticulous approach ensure that he consistently provides valuable insights and support to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Jason resides in Athens, Alabama, with his wife and four children. He and his family are active members of Risen Nation Church.
