Barry Hoffman, CPA, is a trusted business advisor serving individuals and family owned businesses and related entities. He has extensive experience in the areas of individual, partnership and corporate tax compliance and planning, consulting and technical research, sophisticated financial and estate planning and representation of taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, including appeals level conferences and tax court litigation.

Barry received his BSBA from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and was admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court in 1976. He is licensed in Tennessee.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (Life Member).
