The annual survey and awards program identifies, recognizes and honors the best employers in the accounting profession.
Throughout the United States, almost 250 firms participated in the two-part survey. Part one evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, for 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part, worth 75 percent of the total, consisted of an employee survey that measured the employee experience. The combined results determined the final ranking.
