This recognition is a direct reflection of Ali’s commitment to fostering professional growth and dedication to improving the lives of those around her. This year, she took a bold step forward in her career, organizing a monthly women’s networking group. Driven by a desire for more local opportunities tailored to women in business, Ali shifted her focus from seeking inclusion in networking programs to creating environments where women can connect, grow and thrive. “What started as a personal desire to find empowering spaces has evolved into a mission to build and enhance them—not just for myself and my family, but for all current and future working women and their families within the Manatee County community,” Ali shared.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ali serves on the board of Feeding Empty Little Tummies (FELT), an organization dedicated to providing backpacks full of nutritious food to over 800 homeless and food-insecure children in Manatee County, ensuring they have enough to eat over the weekends. “Being part of the effort to deliver these essential resources to these children is both humbling and inspiring, a powerful reminder of the incredible difference we can make when we unite for a common cause,” Ali stated.
